Howlite’s prototype began as a commisioned piece for my friend, Marlene. She had wanted me to adapt an Oscar de la Renta design for her in grey cashmere. After a few headaches, I managed to get a mix of cables and seed stitch together that worked. Three years later, I am happy to release a new version of that design with lacy knit cuffs and collar. Worked as flat pieces that are seamed together.
